Architectural Consultant/Specification Manager
Highly motivated and commercially astute, the role of Specification Manager will be directly responsible for securing project specifications across the Fairview product suite throughout NSW and ACT.
Through your diligence and pro-active approach, you will develop a regular call cycle to engineers, architects and key industry contacts, which will ensure a consistent approach to specification sales activation and executions. The aim is to deliver on as many projects as possible that are specified with products from Fairview, and support the specification where necessary to ensure high conversion rate of specification into sales.
Reporting directly to the Field Sales Manager, you will also liaise closely with the state Business Development Manager to provide product support which will assist in building effective relationships with specifiers and ensure that every Fairview product is selected with absolute confidence. The role will also require close collaboration with the Marketing Manager to provide industry related information that will help identify and develop various marketing campaigns and strategic communication strategies.
The Right Candidate
It is essential that you have a strong understanding of the architectural, construction and design industry, along with reasonable knowledge of the various façade products sold into the market. A strong communicator (written & verbal); you will also have a strong understanding of the building and design process which will enable you to influence and engage with various stakeholders within the building sector.
An impeccable eye for detail and organisation skills coupled with your expertise in solution selling in a competitive market will see you transition into this role with ease.
