About the project

Logis Connect is a mixed-use commercial precinct within the Logis Estate in Dandenong South, Victoria. Designed by Watson Young Architects, the development combines two four-storey office buildings, 18 warehouses, retail tenancies and a service station.

Design Intent

The design aimed to elevate the traditional industrial estate through contemporary architecture and integrated commercial amenity, while creating a cohesive identity across the precinct’s diverse building types.

Outcome

Fairview supplied Vitracore G2 engineered aluminium facade panels in Smoke Silver Metallic, Bronze Metallic, Copper Metallic and Snow White.

The combination of metallic finishes creates depth and contrast across the office, industrial and retail buildings, while Vitracore G2 provides the durability, performance and clean detailing required for a high-use commercial precinct.
