Goodwin Village

Goodwin Village in Downer, ACT draws its palette directly from the earth. Clayton Terrain 18mm Natural Red wraps the multi-storey residential complex across 3,500m² of facade, laid in continuous horizontal courses that give the building a grounded, settled quality. The warm terracotta tones sit in harmony with the autumn foliage surrounding the village.

Genesis Raw in Basalt Grey introduces contrast at the balcony areas, its cooler, darker character offsetting the warmth of the terracotta. Together, across more than 4,500m² of cladding, three materials work in considered proportion to produce a facade that feels at home within Canberra's broader cityscape.
