Boulevard Denman Prospect

About the project

Boulevard Denman Prospect is a 396-apartment residential precinct in Canberra’s Molonglo Valley. Developed and built by Core Developments and designed by JUDD.Studio, the project brings together three interconnected buildings, landscaped communal spaces and shared amenities to create a ‘neighbourhood within a neighbourhood’.

Design Intent

Inspired by mid-century modern architecture, Boulevard combines sculptural forms, metallic finishes and textured materials. Gold-framed windows, balustrades and architectural details carry through the three buildings, giving the precinct a cohesive identity.

Outcome

Fairview supplied 8,000m² of Stryum Shadow 160 in Dulux Electro Gold Pearl Kinetic and 4,000m² of Vitracore G2 in Pearl White and Gold Pearl.

Stryum’s linear profile introduces rhythm and texture, while the smooth Vitracore G2 panels provide contrast across the building envelope. Together, the finishes complement the project’s gold detailing and respond to changing light throughout the day.
