    Fairview is proud to have supplied 8000m2 of Stryum Shadow 160 in the Dulux Electro Gold Pearl Kinetic and 4000m2 of Vitracore G2 in Pearl White and Gold Pearl to form this striking mid-century modern design. The Boulevard Denman Prospect project showcases a variety of textures that convey diverse expressive qualities. Elements such as breeze blocks and ribbed concrete emphasize the building's dynamic character, while the use of gold balustrades and window frames adds a refined elegance, embodying a mid-century modern aesthetic.
