About the project
Collingwood Park State Secondary College is a contemporary campus designed for up to 1,200 students in one of Queensland’s fastest-growing communities. Designed by Group GSA and built by BADGE Constructions, the school provides a future-ready learning environment across a large, multi-building campus.
Design Intent
The facade needed to create a cohesive architectural identity across the campus while providing the durability and low-maintenance performance required for a high-use education environment.
The project also required an efficient facade solution to support a tight construction programme.
Outcome
Fairview supplied 4,500m² of Genesis compressed fibre cement panels in Raw Linen.
The through-coloured Genesis panels provide a durable finish that helps minimise visible wear and ongoing maintenance, while the natural Raw Linen tone brings warmth and texture to the contemporary campus design.
