About the project

Infinite Care Knoxfield is a contemporary aged care facility designed to create a welcoming, residential environment that supports resident wellbeing. Designed by Crossier Scott Architects and built by Infinity Constructions, the development reflects a more human-centred approach to aged care design.

Design Intent

The facade was designed to soften the scale of the development and create a more residential character, requiring materials that balanced warmth and visual interest with durability and low maintenance.

Outcome

Fairview supplied Genesis through-coloured fibre cement panels in 'Raw' Linen, 'Raw' Basalt Grey, 'Depth' Jade and 'Infuse' Slate Grey.

The neutral Raw finishes create a calm foundation, while Jade and Slate Grey introduce colour and contrast across the facade, helping break down the building’s scale and create a layered architectural expression.
