About the project

Hill Station Business Park is a contemporary industrial and commercial development in Hume, ACT. The project uses clean architectural lines and contrasting facade finishes to create a modern identity within its industrial setting.

Design Intent

The facade was designed to elevate the traditional business park aesthetic through clean detailing and contrasting tones, while providing the durability and low-maintenance performance required for a commercial environment.

Outcome

Fairview supplied 1,477m² of Genesis Raw in Light Slate and Graphite.

The contrasting finishes add depth and definition to the facade, while the through-coloured fibre cement provides a durable solution suited to the demands of an industrial setting.
