Nest at the Hill

Nest at the Hill is a striking residential development comprising more than 250 contemporary living spaces. To bring the architect's vision to life, Collmill Group installed over 1,000m² of terracotta cladding and 300m² of Vitracore G2 across the building's exterior, creating a sophisticated façade that combines natural beauty with long-lasting performance.

Designed by K2LD Architects in collaboration with Crema Constructions, the development features our terracotta tile system in Salmon, which flows seamlessly from top to bottom of the structure. The warm, earthy tones of the natural clay tiles provide a striking contrast to the shimmering glass façade, enhancing the building's architectural character and visual appeal.

Beyond its aesthetic impact, the terracotta cladding delivers practical benefits, including improved thermal performance and enhanced acoustic insulation, helping to create comfortable and peaceful living environments for residents. Combining timeless design with durability, the façade will continue to enrich the development for decades to come.
