Northern Private Hospital

About the project

Northern Private Hospital is a purpose-built healthcare facility developed by Ramsay Health Care in Epping, Victoria. Designed by Billard Leece Partnership and built by Kane Construction, the hospital supports the growing healthcare needs of Melbourne’s northern suburbs.

Design Intent

The facade was designed to move beyond a traditional clinical aesthetic, using warm metallic finishes to create a contemporary and welcoming identity for the hospital.

Outcome

Fairview supplied Vitradual solid aluminium panels in Copper Metallic, Gold Metallic and Monument Grey.

The metallic finishes introduce warmth and depth, while Monument Grey provides contrast and definition across the facade. Vitradual also provides the durability and low-maintenance performance suited to a healthcare environment.
