    Genesis has played a crucial role in the extensive transformation of the Portside Wharf, since construction began in March, covering an expansive area of 260m2. Every minute detail has been meticulously attended to, resulting in a revitalized entrance plaza that is truly captivating.

    The Architect and Builder have utilized Fairview's Genesis pre-finished fibre cement rainscreen cladding system, along with Fairview's 360 View offering of exceptional quality assurance. This remarkable system is backed by a 15-year warranty and the impressive longevity of Genesis panels, which surpasses 50 years.
