About the project

This project features a premium façade system with Vitradual cladding enveloping the entire building in a Satin Black Metallic finish, complemented by curved Vitradual fascias and the Shadow 160 Stryum profile. The Stryum soffits finished in a Bright Pine EzyHD2 woodgrain coating, adding warmth and texture to contrast the dark façade.

The design embraces curved forms, taking advantage of Vitradual’s highly fabricable panels. A custom soffit edging detail allows the panels to fold cleanly and return behind the soffit, creating a seamless transition.  The high-quality finish highlights both the material performance and the craftsmanship of the installation.
