Casa D'Abruzzo Club

About the project

Casa D'Abruzzo Club is a long-standing community and social venue in Epping, Victoria. As part of a major refurbishment, the club received a contemporary facade upgrade designed by TM Design Group (TMDG) and delivered by AMS Constructions.

Design Intent

The refurbishment aimed to modernise the club while maintaining its welcoming community character. A mix of complementary finishes was used to create depth, contrast and a stronger street presence.

Outcome

Fairview supplied Vitracore G2 in Riddle Grey, Snow White, Dark Grey Metallic and Silver Ice Metallic.

The combination of finishes creates contrast across the facade, while Vitracore G2 provides the durability and low-maintenance performance suited to a high-use community venue.
