About the project
Highlander Community Centre is a community hub in Craigieburn, Victoria, designed by Brand Architects and built by Constructive Group Pty Ltd. The facility includes a 300m² multi-purpose room, training facilities, maternal and child health suites, and flexible activity spaces for the local community.
Design Intent
The centre was designed as a welcoming and adaptable community facility, requiring durable, low-maintenance materials that could withstand high daily use while contributing to a warm, contemporary aesthetic.
Outcome
Fairview supplied Genesis 'Raw' in Graphite and Eucalyptus.
The facade provides a contemporary and durable finish that complements the centre’s welcoming, community-focused design.
“Fairview’s Genesis Raw was the ideal choice for this project. Its durability, integral colour, ease of installation and outstanding appearance made it a standout product. What impressed us most was Fairview’s exceptional customer service and technical support throughout the project. Their clear literature, expert guidance and responsive back-office team made the entire process simple and stress-free. Fairview is genuinely helpful, easy to work with, and a supplier we would confidently specify again on future projects.”
