About the project
The STEM Building at Loyola College establishes a strong architectural identity through its expressive use of material and tone. Designed as a contemporary hub for innovation and learning, the façade combines 602 m² of Rustik with 411 m² of ‘Raw’ Graphite, embracing a refined industrial character, using contrasting dark and warm finishes.
Genesis cladding contributes to the project’s crisp articulation and overall performance, supporting precise detailing and long-term durability.
