Fairview Introduces New Melbourne Warehouse

Fairview has strengthened our position as Australia’s leading cladding solutions provider, investing in our presence and capability in Victoria.

Earlier this year, Fairview made the investment in opening a warehouse in Melbourne, purchasing a line haul truck to operate between our NSW warehouse and the VIC warehouse, along with our own local delivery trucks dedicated to the VIC market. With disruptions to the transport industry, we have struggled with third party freight providers, thus our investment to move all freight to within the company allows us to have better oversight of where deliveries are, provide faster distribution and more accurate delivery times. From our hands to yours!

Our new VIC Warehouse stockholding capacity is 50,000sqm of product, which combined with 450,000sqm capacity at Fairview’s HQ, allows us to continue to offer one of the largest stockholdings of compliant cladding solutions in Australia. May alone saw approximately 100 tonnes of material delivered to the VIC Warehouse, ready to be taken direct to site. The availability of product significantly reduces lead times, and our VIC customers can be confident our product will be delivered when needed.
